How do I earn entries?

Two ways: (1) Service entries — one entry for every $75 spent on eligible services during the promotion; and (2) Free entry (AMOE) — one free entry per calendar month by completing an Official Entry Form at the front desk. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

When is the drawing?

The promotion runs June 8, 2026 through May 31, 2027 (5:00 PM Central Time). The random drawing will be held on or about May 31, 2027 at Landmark Nail Lounge. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

What's the prize?

One winner receives a vehicle anticipated to be a 2027 Toyota Camry (or a comparable substitute selected by Sponsor if unavailable). Approximate retail value $30,000+, determined at the time of award. The winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, and related fees.

Who can enter?

Legal residents of Texas who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family, and household members of Landmark Nail Lounge are not eligible.

Is my information private?

Yes. Public pages only ever show your first name and last initial; phone and email are masked, and your spend is never shown publicly.

Promotion Period

The promotion begins on June 8, 2026 and ends on May 31, 2027 at 5:00 PM Central Time.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Texas who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Landmark Nail Lounge are not eligible to participate. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

Method 1 – Service Entries. Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $75 spent on eligible services at Landmark Nail Lounge during the Promotion Period.

Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). No purchase is necessary. Individuals may receive one (1) free entry per calendar month by visiting Landmark Nail Lounge during normal business hours and completing an Official Entry Form. Valid government-issued identification may be required. Limit one (1) free entry per person per calendar month.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a vehicle anticipated to be a 2027 Toyota Camry or a comparable substitute vehicle selected by Sponsor if the advertised vehicle is unavailable.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): To be determined at the time of prize award ($30,000+). No cash alternative will be offered unless determined by Sponsor.

Drawing

The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 31, 2027 at Landmark Nail Lounge. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documents, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner Requirements

Before receiving the prize, the winner must:

  • Present valid government-issued photo identification.
  • Complete and sign an IRS Form W-9.
  • Complete any required eligibility, liability, and publicity documents.
  • Provide all information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility.

Taxes and Fees

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, insurance costs, inspection fees, and any other expenses associated with ownership and operation of the prize vehicle.

The fair market value of the prize will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 and is responsible for any resulting tax obligations.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, or other circumstances impair the integrity of the promotion.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Landmark Nail Lounge, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Governing Law

This promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
